A new lockdown: ¿what did I learn and what can I do now?

A new lockdown is coming to many countries in the world. The coronavirus has not finished, but we have a little advantage, what we learned.

A new lockdown: ¿what did I learn and what can I do now?

Yes, I know. Its hard to hear tha word, lockdown. The Covid 10 has not finished, We are awaiting the results of the vaccines. If you are on autumn/winter, the fear of contracting the virus becomes more latent. I just wanna put a little hope in this second wave.

¿What did I learn?:

This is a great advantage because we know much more about the virus and what can we do so as not to infect us.

First, the face mask and social distance. Yes, we think in christmass now but if we dont take care today we stay in house alone tomorrow. Dont forget that.

Second, the homework. Well, that isnt new. I work in home years ago for my work as a journalist on various websites. You have time to make it better and improve your job.

Third, go outside with higher intelligence. You know what will happen if you dont take care. You and your family and friends will be on risk. Its simple.

Fourth, if I can do outside I can do in home. Many things we practice in home since the first lockdown. Theres no limit in your home if you want.

Fifth, breath and relax. Take a time to find yourself. I learned to put in practice the hiit session as you know if you follow me on social media. ¿What hobby or activity did you discover to relax you?.

¿What can I do now?:

¡Evolve!… Yes, we have experience about the lockdown. As I said before, we have a little advantage and the world is more prepared and we already have concrete measures to combat the virus. Youre life wont stop if you never give up.

The quarantine is not a limit but a challenge. Your life and work continue, in another way but they are still there for you to achieve your goals.
